GENERAL AIMS:

To provide the participant with basic technical knowledge and safe working, practices to manage or remove graffiti complying with relevant safety and environmental issues and industry standards.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:
* Assess various surfaces and materials
* Apply products safely to standards set by manufacturers
* Remove or Manage graffiti
* Be assessed in the course competencies

COURSE CONTENT:

- Read and understand specifications on MSDS
- Safe working practices to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace
- Identify PPE requirements to manage or remove graffiti
- Airless spray operation care and maintenance
- Unsafe working environment and practices/reporting procedures
- Occupational Health and Safety Factors when carrying out graffiti removal
- Fire Prevention Process
- Use of hand tools and Equipment for surface preparation in graffiti management
- Perform basic operation and maintenance of equipment
- Safe use of products, hazardous materials and processes used in graffiti removal
